I did it! I bought them! Can i just say, you have the most polite team of people working for you. From the lady who i got through to by accident,because i didnt know which option to chose, to the girl that works with Tom, to Tom himself; they were all really friendly and very helpful. The service was better than at Waitrose (which is my bench-mark, as they are all partners, put that bit extra into 'customer service'.), and such a pleasant change from general everyday shops (dont get me started.) Thankyou so, so much. I will have to send some kind of piccie to prove to you that they were used, abused and loved. I cant wait to see Elliott's face when they arrive. Must remember to buy a roof rack...
