Tiki St Ives is on the lookout for a Summer Store Associate (Part-Time) - someone with a love for surfing, surf culture, and all things ocean related!

As one of the UK’s leading surf retailers, Tiki has been a cornerstone of the surf community for over 50 years. Our St Ives store is located in the heart of the action, easily accessible with great public transport links. Open 7 days a week from April 1st to November 1st, we’re a small but dedicated team delivering top-notch customer service and expert product knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting customers with technical advice and providing a personalised shopping experience.

• Merchandising, store presentation, and maintaining back-of-house organisation.

• Restocking and pricing products.

• Processing sales using our POS system.

• Staying up to date with the latest trends, surf gear, and brand knowledge.

• Helping create in-store content for our social media platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about surf culture.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills.

•  Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
